Job Description
QHT Clinic is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development (BD) Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the clinic's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, social media, and referrals
- Handle patient inquiries and convert them into appointments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Healthcare Industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiner preferred
