Maintain and update the CRM system or Spreadsheets with accurate prospect information, activity details and logs.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
Conduct client visits whenever required to present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions.
Prepare customized proposals for potential clients based on their specific needs and budget.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
Experience: Business Development or Lead Generation experience is a must
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
Proactive and able to work independently to achieve targets.
