Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and helping to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Guiding students through online academic programs, helping with career and academic planning, monitoring student progress, and providing support for both academic and personal challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
