Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.

Generate and qualify leads from various sources such as online platforms, referrals, and databases.

Convert prospects into customers and close sales deals.

  • Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and contract finalization.

  • Market Research & Strategy

Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Suggest new strategies to increase market reach and revenue.

Participate in marketing and promotional activities.

  • Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth execution of projects.

Maintain client data, sales pipeline, and CRM updates.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business reports for managemen
