Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, managing client accounts, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. This is a full-time position based on-site in Mohali district.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Business strategy development
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in business development or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus
