Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Mohali district. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities through lead generation, building relationships with potential clients, and creating strategic proposals. The executive will manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships, while contributing to achieving organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cold calling and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills specially in English
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in market research and identifying business growth opportunities
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
