Role Description
The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for Pruvity Group. Key responsibilities include generating leads, building strong client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market expansion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote HRMS, LMS, and ATS software
Generate leads through tele calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
Fix appointments and schedule product demos with interested clients
Visit client locations for in-person product demonstrations and presentations
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and implementation process clearly
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations to close deals
Follow up with prospects until successful conversion
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, demos, and closures in CRM or tracking systems
Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding after closure
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Stay updated on product enhancements and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferred Skills
Experience in software sales
Knowledge of HR processes such as Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, and Learning Management
Prior experience in client demos or field sales
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of outbound calls and digital leads generated
Client meetings and demos conducted
Deals closed and revenue achieved
Lead follow-up effectiveness and conversion ratio

CTC: up to 2.4 lakhs/PA + Variable commissions
Eligibility Criteria
1. MBA (Marketing & Sales preferred) / Any Degree with no standing arrears
