Role Scope
The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales of high-end professional hair care products in the Salon Professional channel, primarily focusing onSilver and Gold salons. The role involves achieving sales targets through effective planning, execution of trade initiatives, and technical selling to salon partners.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing salon partners.
Acquire new salon accounts and convert competitor salons intoWella partner salons.
Drive business contribution with60% sales from existing salonsand40% from new salon acquisition.
Coordinate with distributors, including management of relevant claims.
Share accurate and timely secondary sales reports.
Plan and execute trade promotions and initiatives within the territory.
Implement salon branding, visual merchandising, and beat plans.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and handle objections effectively.
Ensure consistent market execution and visibility of products in salons.

Experience
Sales Associate:Minimum25 yearsof sales experience.
Senior Sales Associate:Minimum57 yearsof sales experience.

Salon Professional, Prestige products, FMCG, Medical/Pharmaceutical, Insurance, or other B2B industries.
