Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a passion for driving growth and building relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
