Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive. for Hyderabad concern- PROATOMS VENTURES The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and managing existing accounts. The role requires fostering strategic partnerships, preparing proposals and presentations, and contributing to achieving business growth targets.

Job Title:Business Development Sales Executive Industrial MRO Trading (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)

Location:Hyderabad-based (Covering Telangana & AP regions; full-time on-site with regular travel)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Expected Start Date:January 20, 2026

Compensation:Competitive, based on skills/experience (includes incentives, PF, cell phone reimbursement, overtime pay)

Role Summary:

Drive business growth through proactive sales in Telangana and AP.

Own sales execution to hit monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territories. Focus on lead generation via site visits, customer meetings, and prospecting; build pipelines; prepare quotations/POs; and close deals while coordinating with teams for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify potential pharma, process, chemicals, manufacturing, power, mining, engineering industries; generate leads through market research, outbound calls, networking, referrals and tele-calling.
  • Client Engagement:Conduct regular site visits and meetings to understand needs or shut downs - maintenance routines spares consumables ; follow up on opportunities; build/maintain relationships with mid-market/enterprise clients.
  • Sales Execution:Own sales plans; prepare/send quotations promptly; manage POs, tenders, and deal closures; negotiate terms , work with minimal supervision.
  • Pipeline & Opportunity Management:Qualify/build healthy pipelines using CRM; track quotations/emails; pursue new business in pharma, manufacturing, and related verticals.
  • Market Intelligence:Monitor trends, importation and delivery schedules / impacts; analyze the results.
  • Coordination & Support:Collaborate with managers, BDA-Hyderabad, internal teams (sales, delivery, technical); assist office staff with ad-hoc reports, documentation, and feedbacks.
  • Customer Service:Deliver solutions matching needs; ensure post-sale follow-up and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (UG: Any Graduate; PG preferred).
  • Experience:4-8 years in Sales / Marketing Experience - OEMS / Industrial Traders or Dealers Setup / (Industrial MRO Items , Power Transmission Products , HVAC Systems, Process Industry Systems /Machinery - Spare parts ); proven track record achieving targets; 2-4 years as Sales Engineer/Executive.
  • Skills:Strong technical knowledge of industrial trading/power transmissions/electrical /hydraulic/pneumatic systems or Machineries in the industrial setups /MRO's Spares & Consumables ; excellent negotiation, presentation, communication (English, Hindi, Telugu); cold calling/lead gen; problem-solving; self-motivated/target-driven.
  • Technical Proficiency:MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM/ERP tools; basic accounting/documentation; digital marketing/B2B leads a plus.
  • Other:Willingness to travel for site visits/trade shows; independent worker with team collaboration; Hyderabad-based.
