A key responsibility will be to appoint, train, and manage Admission Associates individuals who refer eligible students to CareerMint Academy in exchange for performance-based commissions.

This role is admissions-focused and revenue-driven, requiring strong presentation skills, relationship management capability, and the ability to build and manage a motivated consultant network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver engaging career awareness presentations to students.
  • Build relationships with Principals, HoDs, and faculty members to generate consistent student leads.
  • Coordinate on-campus activities such as demo sessions, workshops, and admission drives.

2. Associate Network Development

  • Identify and appoint Admission Associates across colleges and local networks.
  • Develop a structured incentive and follow-up mechanism for Associates.
  • Train Associates on CareerMint programmes, eligibility criteria, and admission process.
  • Track referrals, conversions, and commissions accurately.
  • Ensure Associates remain motivated, informed, and aligned with admission targets.

3. Regional Outreach & Network Expansion

  • Identify new colleges and regions for admissions growth.
  • Travel extensively for outreach and relationship-building.
  • Build a sustainable local referral ecosystem to ensure consistent admission flow.

4. Admissions Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads generated through college visits and Associates.
  • Coordinate closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth conversion.
  • Share weekly reports on presentations conducted, Associates appointed, and admissions achieved.
  • Provide field insights to improve messaging and conversion strategy.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.

Experience

24 years of experience in business development, admissions, field sales, or institutional outreach. Prior experience in education or skilling sector will be an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu (fluency in both is essential).
  • High confidence in public speaking and conducting student sessions.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with institutional stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and manage an external Associate/consultant network.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a field-intensive role.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or CRM tools for tracking leads and conversions.

GROWTH PATH

High-performing candidates can grow into a Business Development Manager role, where they will lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives, set regional outreach priorities, drive the expansion of admissions-focused sales and marketing initiatives, develop new institutional markets, strengthen Associate networks, and contribute to broader strategic growth as CareerMint scales across regions.
