Package: Upto 3 LPA+ Incentive (variable)

Employment Type: Full-Time (10am- 7pm)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, driving admissions, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective students through calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
  • Counsel students on career paths, program benefits, and fee structures
  • Drive end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
  • Achieve monthly sales/admission targets
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Build strong relationships with students for better engagement and referrals
