Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing lead generation processes, and nurturing relationships with clients. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client accounts, creating business development strategies, and effectively communicating with clients and colleagues to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
- Effective Communication skills to present ideas, negotiate, and collaborate with teams and clients.
- Knowledge of business strategies and practices to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, with a performance-driven approach.
- Experience in the elevator or construction industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
