1) JD - SME underwriter
Suggesting the client proper covers/policies to cover the Risk Gaps, preparation of Quote/Broking slip.
Access risk factor to determine coverage, eligibility, premium pricing & Policy terms.
Use underwriting guideline, rating manuals & industry standard to make informed decisions.
Negotiate with various Insurer on discounts as well as competitive terms as per insured trade.
Making Placement Slips and float in Market for arranging competitive quotes from various insurer for all line of business i.e., Property, Marine, Engineering., Employee Benefit Etc.
Handle PRE (working on RAW DATA) & POST - Placement Servicing for allotted client
Quality check after policy placement (After placement of policy with insurer for cross check all the terms and conditions as per the approved RFQ)
Analysis of Risk Gaps if any under current insurance program & preparation of Portfolio Review report.
Prepare reports of all Placements & RFQ.
2) JD - POSP Sales
Experience: 25 years in insurance broking & on-field sales
Location: Noida Sector 142
CTC: Depend on experience based
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and activate POSPs/Associates for insurance sales
Provide joint field support and close sales with partners
Drive Life/General/Health insurance business via POSPs
Conduct product training and help partners with payout structuring
Maintain strong partner relationships and meet business targets
Requirements:
Experience in insurance broking & on-ground sales
Strong knowledge of insurance products
Excellent communication, training, and relationship skills
Energetic, target-driven, and partner-focused
3) JD - Service Support
We are looking for passionate & driven inside sales executive/Senior Executive/Virtual relationship manager to join our inside Sales team for SME & Motor insurance. The ideal candidate should have experience in Inside sales /Account management /virtual relationship, with the ability to build strong client relationship & drive business growth.
Manage & grow relationship with existing B2B client.
Handle end-to end inside sales cycle including, calls, Emails & virtual meeting.
Identify upsell/ cross sell opportunities & ensure client satisfaction
Achieve Monthly /Quarterly revenue target.
