Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The role entails driving new business development efforts through market research and lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to increase the company's market presence, and managing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in business development or a similar role
• Knowledge of the engineering consultancy or construction industry is a plus
