Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for the following day to day tasks:

  • Generating new business leads and identifying potential clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing sales strategies and executing sales plans
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Account Management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the IT industry
  • Experience in software sales, specifically in enterprise software, is a plus
