Job Description

Title : Sales and Business Development Executive

Location : Bangalore

Position type : Full time

Job Description :

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure (Networking, presentation, negotiation, persistent follow-ups)
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer's diverse needs
  • Hunt for new logos / clients – majorly the MHA (Must Have Accounts)
  • Achieve and regularly meet sales target
  • Contribute to the overall sales growth strategies and plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of Datamatics offerings and value proposition.
  • Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business (Building a territory) and acquire new customers for Datamatics IT & Digital Offerings.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Understand the customer's buying cycle.
  • Strong IT selling experience with Technology understanding (Application development, Modernization, Cloud and DevOp, Testing, Hyper Automation, Salesforce, RPA, AI/ML)

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Services Experience : 4 to 6 years
  • Verticals Experience : BFSI, Manufacturing, Logistics
  • Location Experience : Should have operated in Domestic / APAC region
