Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, creating strategies to reach prospective clients, and nurturing client relationships through effective account management. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with various teams to align solutions with customer requirements and contribute to revenue growth and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Education:MBA from a top-tier university (preferably with a Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field).
- Experience:3+ years of professional experience specifically in IT product/services sales, with a strong focus on AI, Data Science, or Analytics.
- Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, including machine learning models, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and big data analytics.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, resilience, and superior negotiation and presentation skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
