We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in digital marketing services sales.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads through multiple channels, and converting them into long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to present solutions that meet client business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
- Use multiple lead generation methods including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct client outreach and presentations to explain digital marketing solutions and service offerings.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend customized digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor services, and emerging opportunities in the digital marketing industry.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in digital marketing / IT services.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, website development, etc.).
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach is an advantage.
