ABOUT THE JOB
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Pixel6. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search Potential clients and generate leads for our offerings.
- Learn and Understand company's services, unique selling points, and how they stand out from competitors to effectively sell to the right clients.
- Research and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including emails, networking, social media, referrals, etc.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Showcase Pixel6's offerings, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to post-sales support.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales efforts align with company offerings.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market needs, and identify potential sectors for the company's services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelors/Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing
- 1-3 yr. of Experience in Sales/Business Development ideally for IT services
- Skills: Strong in Sales & Marketing, Business Communication, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, MS Office.
