About The Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our IT Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and technology.

Candidates with experience in the EdTech industry will be given preference.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or EdTech Sales.
  • Candidates from the EdTech industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
  • Telugu language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospective customers.
  • Ability to confidently deliver product demonstrations.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products or SaaS solutions is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation activities.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
