TecSight is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and follow-ups.
The role requires someone who can understand client requirements, present TecSight's services effectively, schedule client meetings, support proposal discussions, and contribute to revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, building relationships with prospects, and converting leads into clients. The candidate will actively reach out to potential customers, understand their business needs, introduce TecSight's solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable proposals and services.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in client communication, comfortable with outbound sales, persistent in follow-ups, and capable of achieving monthly sales targets.
