Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Connect with existing and new customers and generate leads for Petpooja Payroll

● To explain newly released features of Payroll to the existing clients.

● Explain payroll products and convert them into positive leads and then guide them regarding

the process for the same.

● Need to achieve the assigned target.

● To maintain a good relationship with customers.

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

● Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or customer success.

● Familiarity with SaaS products, payroll solutions, or B2B sales is a plus.

● Strong communication and persuasive skills.

● Ability to explain product features clearly and convert leads.

● Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

● Target-driven with excellent goal orientation.

● Proficiency in CRM tools and data tracking.
