Zenith Bridge is a managed office space consultancy helping GCCs, funded startups, and Indian
enterprises set up their ideal office at zero cost to them. We earn through operator and landlord
referral fees, so our incentive is always aligned with the client's outcome, not the building's
occupancy rate. We operate across Pune and Bangalore. Small team, fast pace, real ownership.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Outbound-first. Your engine is multi-channel digital outreach: cold calls, email sequences, and
WhatsApp campaigns, executed with the discipline and precision of a high-performing BDR. On-
ground BD and networking are part of the toolkit, but the primary lever is structured outreach at
volume.
You own the top of the funnel. Every qualified meeting you book lands in the founder's calendar and
moves into an active deal. You are not closing, you are opening. And the quality of what you open
determines the quality of the pipeline.
The product has a structural sales advantage: it is free to the client. There is no budget objection.
What we need from you is the right person in the right seat at the right moment, which means
targeted prospecting, sharp messaging, and relentless follow-through.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
– ICP Targeting & Prospecting: Research and build targeted account lists using outbound
B2B tools; identify the right decision-maker at each account and enrich contact records in
CRM with account context before any outreach goes out.
– Cold Calling: Run daily structured call blocks against target accounts; open with a sharp,
relevant hook, qualify fast, and book the meeting or get a referral to the right person; every
call logged in CRM with outcome and next action before end of day.
– Email Sequences: Build and run personalised sequences with a single clear CTA; test
subject lines, message length, and send timing, then optimise based on open and reply
rates, not gut feel.
– WhatsApp Campaigns: Execute segmented campaigns across warm leads, personalised
by persona and never templated blasts; track delivery and response rates and iterate copy
based on what converts.
– LinkedIn: Send targeted connection requests and personalised DMs to ICP decision-
makers; engage with target account content to build visibility before cold outreach lands.
– On-Ground BD (Supporting): Attend GCC, startup, and industry networking events across
Pune to build relationships that digital outreach cannot reach; use on-ground presence to
validate account intel and warm existing threads.
– CRM & Pipeline Reporting: Keep CRM updated daily with every touchpoint, stage
movement, and follow-up due date; report weekly on outreach volume, response rates,
meetings booked, and net new pipeline added.
KEY RESULT AREAS
– Qualified meetings booked with a verified decision-maker at an ICP-fit account (Primary)
– Weekly outreach volume across calls, email, and WhatsApp
– Sequence performance: open, reply, and meeting conversion rates
– CRM hygiene: all contacts, notes, and stages current at all times
– Net new qualified accounts added to active pipeline each month
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 2-5 years in an outbound B2B sales role; SaaS SDR, inside sales, or high-volume field sales
preferred; coworking or CRE experience is a plus, not a requirement
– You have run sequences before, not just sent individual emails; you know what A/B testing a
subject line means and you have done it
– Cold calling does not scare you; you have hit daily call targets, dealt with gatekeepers, and
still picked up the phone the next day
– CRM-native; you have used CRM software to manage your own pipeline and you do not
need to be chased to log your activity
– Strong written English; your emails and WhatsApp messages do not read like they were
generated by a tool
– Pune-based
– No CRE knowledge required; we will teach you the product; what we cannot teach is the
discipline to run a consistent outreach engine every single day

pipeline
