Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

Location: Baner, Pune (On-site)

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive end-to-end B2B sales and contribute to revenue growth. The role involves owning the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and lead generation
• Identify new opportunities and drive revenue through client acquisition
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant business solutions
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads for higher conversion
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
• Track and report pipeline, performance, and KPIs

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development / inside sales / cold calling
• Experience in B2B sales, revenue generation, and deal closures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
