Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching target markets, building prospect lists, and initiating outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification and solution presentation to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. The individual will maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs, and regularly track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. The Business Development Executive will also represent One Up Consulting at events, client meetings, and presentations to promote the firm's services and value proposition.
