Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Reach out to potential clients, present company offerings, and follow up on leads.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings or product demos for prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and pipeline status.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support in developing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related role (internships count).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  • Internship or project experience in sales or marketing.
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
