Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Executive. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building and managing client accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will also focus on building and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
  • Excellent Business and Communication skills for partnerships, presentations, and negotiations
  • Familiarity with market research and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed business targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is an advantage
