About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the IT industry, with a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions domain
- Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with clients, enterprise accounts, and decision-makers
- Conduct detailed market and competitor research to understand technology trends and customer needs
- Generate leads through outreach, digital platforms, networking, and industry events
- Prepare and present business proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and sales reports
- Work closely with internal technical teams to translate client requirements into feasible solutions
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy business pipeline
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, client interactions, and public forums
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Pre-Sales
- Strong knowledge of IT services (Software Development, SaaS, Cloud, Digital Transformation, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Strong negotiation and closure abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms
- Ability to analyze data, create strategies, and drive ROI-focused results
- Strong teamwork, leadership traits (for Manager role), and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and solution-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
