Job Description

Odyssey Global is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our IT staffing business in the APAC and Middle East regions. The role involves acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue through IT staffing solutions. This position is based in Hyderabad, India and requires experience working with international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients in APAC & Middle East regions
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery of resources
  • Meet revenue and business growth targets
  • Maintain sales pipeline and client records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM (Marketing preferred)
  • 12 years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment sales
  • Exposure to APAC or Middle East markets preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of IT staffing models (Contract, C2H, Permanent hiring)
  • Ability to generate leads and build client relationships
  • Willingness to travel and attend business events within India
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients (APAC / Middle East preferred)
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and skill sets
  • Immediate to short notice period preferred
