Odyssey Global is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our IT staffing business in the APAC and Middle East regions. The role involves acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue through IT staffing solutions. This position is based in Hyderabad, India and requires experience working with international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new clients in APAC & Middle East regions
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery of resources
- Meet revenue and business growth targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and client records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing preferred)
- 12 years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment sales
- Exposure to APAC or Middle East markets preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT staffing models (Contract, C2H, Permanent hiring)
- Ability to generate leads and build client relationships
- Willingness to travel and attend business events within India
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients (APAC / Middle East preferred)
- Knowledge of IT technologies and skill sets
- Immediate to short notice period preferred
