As India's EPR compliance ecosystem continues to evolve with stricter environmental regulations, we are expanding our team and looking for ambitious sales professionals who are ready to grow with us.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for expanding our EPR Consultancy business by helping Producers, Importers, Brand Owners (PIBOs), and Recyclers manage compliance related to:
Plastic Waste
Battery Waste
E-Waste
Tyre Waste
Used Oil Management
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert B2B leads
Acquire new clients for EPR registration & credit fulfilment
Conduct client meetings, field visits & industry networking
Execute cold calling, email outreach & digital follow-ups
Draft proposals, negotiate commercials & close deals
Stay updated with EPR regulations, recycled content mandates & QR traceability norms
Candidate Profile:
1–4 years experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Experience in Waste Management or Environmental Consultancy preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel extensively
