Job Description – Business Development (Renewable Energy)

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 2–6 Years

Industry Preference: Renewable Energy Sector (Preferably EPC Background)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience in the Renewable Energy sector to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, manage client relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the RE sector.
  • Generate leads and maintain a strong client pipeline.
  • Coordinate with clients for meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and support techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project handovers and execution support.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain MIS reports and achieve business targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management or related field.
  • 2–6 years of Business Development experience in Renewable Energy.
  • EPC industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings.
