We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of Happilee, our WhatsApp automation platform. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients across industries such as E-commerce, Real Estate, Education, and related sectors who can benefit from WhatsApp automation solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Conduct online product demonstrations of the Happilee platform, highlighting features such as automated broadcasts, chatbots, and CRM integrations.
- Understand customer business requirements and challenges, and position Happilee's solutions through a consultative selling approach.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial outreach to deal closure using CRM tools.
- Support new customers during the onboarding phase to ensure smooth adoption and high customer satisfaction.
- Gather and share customer feedback, market insights, and feature requests with the product team to help improve the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or IT/SaaS sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technology products and articulate value to business stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
