Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of Happilee, our WhatsApp automation platform. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Location: Trivandrum

Experience: 13 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients across industries such as E-commerce, Real Estate, Education, and related sectors who can benefit from WhatsApp automation solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations of the Happilee platform, highlighting features such as automated broadcasts, chatbots, and CRM integrations.
  • Understand customer business requirements and challenges, and position Happilee's solutions through a consultative selling approach.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial outreach to deal closure using CRM tools.
  • Support new customers during the onboarding phase to ensure smooth adoption and high customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and share customer feedback, market insights, and feature requests with the product team to help improve the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or IT/SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technology products and articulate value to business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
