Executive/ Sr. Executive (Key Account & Specification) - Building Materials
Reports to: Regional Head - Key Account & Specification Experience: 2 to 5 years.
Role & Responsibilities
●
Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the mentioned geography and the target segment.
●
Arrange and conduct business development meetings with prospective influencers.
●
Responsible for primary and secondary sales generation through business development activities.
●
Maintain coordination with Clients, Architects, Builders, Contractors, and PMCs for project information and specifications.
●
Independently manage accounts while tracking development activities and providing regular performance reports.
●
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and helping them in troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks.
●
Should be able to strategize for the market development and execute the plan to achieve intended objectives.
●
Providing technical support and assistance to customers in understanding substrates, applications, products and systems and the latest technologies.
●
Drive business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts
●
Develop a strong network with Projects, Purchase, and BoQ/ Tender personnel to drive business
●
Driving business through mapping, carving out relationships with Contractors/ HNI/ Architects/Structural Consultants/ PMC's etc.
●
Supporting teammates in their tasks and projects to ensure collective success.
●
The candidate should maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization policies.
●
To track and update data of competitor pricing, and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
