Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Business Development Executive based in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and identifying new market opportunities. This role involves creating and executing sales strategies, building partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding MAITYS mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct field visits for lead generation, business development, and market expansion.
· Develop strategic tie-ups with doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
· Onboard healthcare professionals including Doctors, Nurses, GDAs, Attendants, Physiotherapists, and psychologists on the Vendor App.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise, healthcare partners, and referral networks.
· Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating channels.
· Support franchise partners in operational setup, business growth, and performance improvement.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping.
· Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, partner interactions, and onboarding activities.
· Share daily Plan vs. Achievement reports and ensure compliance with FoS App reporting.
· Achieve assigned business development, partnership, and sales targets.
· Represent the organization at healthcare events, exhibitions, networking forums, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
· Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
· Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in performing field sales and meeting clients on-site
· Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· Prior experience in the healthcare or elder care industry is a plus
· Fluency in local languages
