This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves working as a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and building effective communication strategies to articulate solutions to clients. The role involves developing strategic plans to achieve business growth and collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

• Proven skills in New Business Development and effective Lead Generation strategies
• Strong ability in Business strategy development and growth planning
• Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet goals, and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
• Prior experience in EHS consultancy, construction, or safety projects is a plus
