Job Description
Fastor7 is hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in technology / IT services sales, capable of owning the complete sales cycle across Indian and international markets.
This role is suited for a target-driven professional who understands how to sell solutions, not just services, and can confidently engage with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers.
You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, converting qualified opportunities, and closing high-value deals by working closely with strategy, delivery, and leadership teams.
Job Highlights- End-to-end ownership of the complete sales cycle
- Exposure to Indian + international markets (US, Middle East, APAC, etc.)
- Sell high-value technology, digital transformation & AI-led solutions
- Work directly with founders and leadership on key deals

Desired Skills- 3+ years of experience in technology / IT services sales
- Proven track record of achieving high monthly / quarterly business targets
- Hands-on experience across:
- Prospecting & outbound lead generation
- Lead qualification (BANT / ICP-based)
- Pitching & solution presentations
- Negotiation & deal closure
- Strong experience using sales tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- Lusha / ZoomInfo (or similar tools)
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to sell to CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Understanding of consultative & solution-selling approaches
- Comfortable working with targets, funnels, and revenue metrics
