Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will manage new business development and lead generation to identify growth opportunities in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and nurturing client relationships, developing strategic business plans, managing client accounts, and consistently expanding the company's customer base through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Skills in calling and pitching to new customers.
• Proven experience in Business Strategy and Account Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analysis software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales or business development roles is preferred
