Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven BDE to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing and media services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, outreach, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brands and businesses.
- Find prospects, Pitch agency services, create proposals, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in marketing/media).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and branding is a plus.
