DocTutorials Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Executive (Field Sales) who will generate leads by visiting medical colleges and convert those leads into successful sales for our medical education programs (NEET PG / NEET SS).

Roles & Responsibilities

Visit medical colleges daily to generate qualified student leads

Interact with medical students to understand academic and exam preparation needs

Present and explain DocTutorials courses effectively

Convert generated leads into paid enrollments

Maintain and update lead data, visit reports, and conversions on CRM

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Build strong on-ground relationships with students

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in the field (college visits mandatory)

Laptop is mandatory

Prior field sales / edtech experience preferred

Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
