Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at Monastic Media® in Surat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive business growth and client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound outreach, and referrals
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client goals
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Excellent negotiation and networking skills
• Experience in account management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in agency sales (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking with a growth-focused mindset
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly organized
