Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
Industry & Sector: IT services, cloud communications and business process outsourcing (BPO) sector serving enterprise and mid-market customers across India and APAC. We deliver customer engagement, contact center and cloud telephony solutions to accelerate digital transformation for clients.
Location & Work Type: India On-site role (field / client-facing and office-based sales).
About The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for a fast-growing telecom & CX solutions provider. This role focuses on hunting new accounts, qualifying opportunities, and converting leads into pipeline using consultative B2B sales techniques. Ideal for target-driven sellers who thrive on building relationships, delivering compelling proposals, and closing deals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end outbound sales activities: identify prospects, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into closed business.
- Conduct targeted outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn and onsite meetings to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare tailored proposals, commercial quotes and respond to RFPs to align solutions with client needs.
- Manage CRM rigorouslylog activities, update opportunity stages and forecast pipeline to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create technical/commercial proposals and ensure smooth handover post-win.
- Track competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback to refine messaging and value propositions.
