Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive student enrollment, build institutional partnerships, and ensure a positive learning journey for our students. This role combines counseling, outreach, and business development to support TUEM HUB's mission of empowering learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective and enrolled students onsuitable courses and career paths.
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Clearly explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful student enrollment.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve student experience.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to students throughout their course period.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide effective guidance.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Problem-solving, counseling, and negotiation skills.
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with 01 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in education counseling or sales/business development is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: 12,000 20,000 per month (based on experience).
- Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, performance incentives.
Work Location: In person at TUEM HUB.
