Mazinfotechis a rapidly expanding technology firm specializing in high-valueCAD (Computer-Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) servicesfor the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries. We are looking for a highly motivated and experiencedBusiness Development Representative (BDR)to accelerate our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:Proactively source, qualify, and develop new business leads through high-volume activities includingcold calling, strategic email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Pipeline Building:Successfully generate and secure qualified first-step meetings and discovery calls for our senior sales team.
- Market Intelligence:Develop a strong understanding of client needs within the AEC space to effectively position our CAD and BIM solutions.
- CRM Management:Ensure all sales activities, contacts, and opportunity data are accurately logged and maintained in the CRM system.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Education/Experience : MBAORsignificant, demonstrable prior experience in aBusiness Development or Salesrole.
- Language Skills :Absolutefluency in English(written and verbal) is required for communication with US-based clients.
- Work Schedule :Must be able to workUS Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST(Monday Friday) to align with client business hours.
- Industry Focus :Preference will be given to candidates with an interest in or exposure toCAD, BIM, AEC, or related technology sectors.
