Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities for this position include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. The role also involves conducting market research, implementing lead generation techniques, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business targets and ensure client satisfaction.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies to drive growth and cultivate long-term partnerships
• Strong skills in Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Strong Business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple departments
• Experience in the HR services or workforce solutions industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
