Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a solid understanding of IT and software solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, engage with potential clients, and contribute to our companys expansion in the digital and tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Networking:
  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the IT and software domains.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Understand clients business challenges and recommend suitable IT and software solutions.
  • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations tailored to clients needs.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
  • Ensure proposals address client requirements while aligning with company objectives.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights into market demands.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing post-sales support and regular follow-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT and software sectors.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, software development processes, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
