Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead engagement to successful conversion

• Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs • Conduct structured, high-impact conversations to position offerings effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance trust and long-term engagement

• Manage and nurture a consistent sales pipeline through strategic follow-ups

• Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward informed decisions

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline status, and performance metrics

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and improve outcomes

• Mentor and support junior team members (for managerial roles)

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales/business development (preferably in EdTech, Education, or Service Industry) • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi)

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in a target-driven environment

• Strong ownership mindset with a disciplined and structured approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
