Role Overview
This is a high-performance sales and admissions role focused on converting warm, inbound interest into enrollments for a UK-accredited, globally recognized financial trading institution. The position requires a sharp, results-driven professional capable of managing high-ticket sales and maintaining a disciplined follow-up ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Own the end-to-end lead pipeline by calling, following up, and closing warm inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze prospect backgrounds and career goals to pitch appropriate financial programs with conviction.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns regarding fees, course structure, ROI, and career outcomes to secure enrollments.
- Pipeline Discipline: Execute relentless, structured follow-ups on undecided prospects to ensure no lead is overlooked.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment quotas in a performance-heavy environment.
- CRM Maintenance: Record accurate call notes, lead statuses, and pipeline values within the CRM system.
- Strategic Feedback: Provide regular insights to the marketing team regarding lead quality and recurring objection patterns.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in inside sales, admissions, EdTech sales, or high-ticket telephone sales.
- Communication: Excellent spoken English is mandatory for engaging with educated working professionals.
- Sales Track Record: Proven history of hitting or exceeding numerical sales targets.
- Soft Skills: A confident and assertive phone presence that remains professional while being persuasive.
- Availability: Immediate joining is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in EdTech, finance, or premium services sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
- Basic understanding of financial markets or trading (comprehensive training provided).
- Experience managing high-ticket sales (transactions exceeding ₹1 Lakh).
